NetConnex accesses Amazon Information exclusively through authorized Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) endpoints and Seller Central using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. All data transmitted between Amazon systems and our environment is encrypted using TLS 1.2+.

Purpose of Processing

Amazon buyer information (including name, shipping address, and contact details) is processed solely for:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Inventory synchronization
  • Shipment confirmation
  • Operational reconciliation
  • Legal compliance

Amazon data is not used for marketing, profiling, resale, or any unrelated purpose.

Storage and Security

  • Data stored using AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Role-based, least-privilege access controls
  • Encryption keys managed via centralized Key Management System (KMS)
  • Production and development environments are logically separated
  • Production PII is never used in testing environments

Retention and Deletion

Amazon buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is retained only as long as operationally necessary and is automatically deleted or anonymized within 30 days after shipment confirmation, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Backups

  • Stored in a geographically separate cloud location
  • Secure purge procedures applied after retention expiration

Data Sharing

Amazon Information is shared only with contracted shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) via encrypted connections and solely for fulfillment purposes.
